

NORMAN, Okla. – The Division II PING Men’s Golf All-American teams were announced by the Golf Coaches Association of America on Tuesday. Three members of the NCAA Division II National Champion, Nova Southeastern Men’s Golf team earned honors, as Michael Hay, Will O’Neill and Josep Serra were named Honorable Mentions.
Hay had the best season of his collegiate career during the 2022-23 campaign for the Sharks, holding a scoring average of 71.62 and sealed the national title for Nova Southeastern. In his only season a Shark, O’Neill held a 71.46 scoring average, recorded 10 rounds in the 60’s and won the 2022 NSU Shark Invitational. Serra also enjoyed a strong season on the course for NSU, averaging 72.44 throughout the campaign.
Additionally, Nova Southeastern Men’s Golf Coach Joey Marino was named the Golf Pride Grips South Region Coach of the Year. Marino guided the Sharks to the program’s third NCAA Division II National Championship and the first in his tenure.
