Miami Shores, Fla. – The Nova Southeastern University Men’s Golf team began play at the Milton Makeup on Monday afternoon. After two rounds of play, Nova Southeastern sits in third (-8) with Bruno Marques (-2) and Elias Mardeni (-1) both inside the top-15.

HOW IT HAPPENED
· Bruno Marques, the Sharks leader through the day -2, began his day with an eagle on hole one and four birdies through the first round, finishing -5.
· His second round included five birdies, three bogies, and a triple bogey.
· Elias Mardeni tallied five birdies in his first round, finishing even.
· Round two for Mardeni included four birdies, three on the back nine.
· William McGhie shot +4 through his first round with a birdie or par on eight consecutive holes to finish the round.
· McGhie, carried over the success in round two, with five birdies closing the day at -4.
· Jorge Berea shot +1 through his first round with birdies on holes 1 and 10.
· Berea, birdied five holes in his second round, ending the day even.
· Erik Plenge started his day -1, with par or better on all but one hole.
· Plenge shot +3 in round two.
