FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Sofia Suarez led the Sharks as she netted two goals in the Sharks victory in their first conference matchup of the season. The Nova Southeastern women’s soccer team put on an offensive clinic in their 4-2 win over the Lynn Fighting Knights Saturday night from the NSU Soccer Complex.

The Sharks were on the attack, resulting in a second goal by Sofia Suarez (assisted by Isabel Davis) in the 29th minute.
Coach Amy Vaughan – We faced a good Lynn team tonight who pushed us all the way. We have been playing well but not getting the rewards, tonight the girls put a better overall perfoamnce together and a well deserved win. Lots to work on but a good start in conference for us.

Nova Southeastern will be back in action on October 5th in another conference match against Saint Leo University at 7 pm.
