GAINESVILLE, Ga. – Following two rounds of play at the NCAA South/Southeast Region tournament, the eighth-ranked Nova Southeastern Sharks Women’s Golf (+8/292/292) team sits in second place and one-stroke off the team lead. Rosanna Halls (4th/E/69/75) continues to lead the Sharks, while Lua Pousa Dacasa (22nd/+4/77/71) cut six-strokes off her score in the second round to shoot one-under on Tuesday.

Results
- Lua Pousa Dacasa recorded a pair of birdies and an eagle across the front-nine, before shooting a bogey-free back-nine, where she added a third birdie, closing the afternoon at one-under.
- Maria Torres-Lobato began her round by tallying a par on each of the first three holes, before following by adding a birdie on two-of-three holes. Torres-Lobato closed the round by adding another pair of birdies and five pars across the back-nine and ended the afternoon shooting an even-par.
- Haruka Muta totaled six pars across the front-nine, in addition to a pair of birdies. Muta ended the round shooting a 74, and sits inside the top-15 of the individual standings.
- Rosanna Halls, the Sharks team leader in the tournament, totaled 13 pars and added a birdie in her second round, shooting a 75 on the day. Halls currently sits in fourth place, two strokes off the individual lead.
- Ariana Carvalho parred the first five holes in her second round and finished the day by totaling a pair of birdies and an addition six pars on the back-nine.
