Sharks Continue Competition at Fall Frenzy

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Sharks continued competition at the Kellianne Nagy Fall Frenzy, hosted by Queens. Through two days, the women’s team still sits in second with 824.5 points, and the men’s team still sits in third with 646.5 points.

 How it Happened
(Women’s)

  • Rafaela Raurich finished in third in the 100 Fly with a time of 54.99.
  • In the 400 Individual Medley, Emily Trieschmann captured first with a time of 4:15.80. With a time of 4:20.27, May Lowy took third.
  • In the 200 Freestyle, Emilia Ronningdal placed second with a time of 1:48.74.
  • The group of Trieschmann, Hailey Williams, Lowy, and Ronningdal finished in second in the 800 Freestyle Relay with a time of 7:20.86.

Head Coach Ben Hewitt – Nice night tonight. We swam through a tough few sessions and I’m happy with the results. Should be a good meet tomorrow with a lot of our top events coming up.

The Sharks will be back in the pool November 19 for the final day of the Fall Frenzy in Charlotte, North Carolina.
